This place is generally good, with triple rooms offering international TV channels, beautiful views, and 1 bathroom, situated in a lovely location for watching Paragliding Interlaken Gmbh.

For the amount I paid I did not found the hotel/room impressive . Though the reception was fairly OK., ambience in the room was very ordinary.

The hotel of choice in Interlaken. Lots of tasty food for meals. Great bed in the triple room, plus luggage storage, a lounge, and nice wooden floor. What an extremely friendly and excellent staff. Amazing and premier location with parking below the venue. Also, right next to the bus station...

I loved the helpfulness of the staff. They took time to provide information and advice about things to do in the area. I like the fact that the hotel provided free passes to public transportation while we were there. The lounge off the lobby was a nice place to talk with others and use the internet. Finally, we unfortunately left some items in the safe in our room when we left. The hotel staff was extremely helpful in getting them back to us!

I wish the hotel provided internet access in the rooms. Its much more convenient than having to go to the lobby.

The receptionist very friendly and so informatif explaining the tour location I wanted to jungfrau, the breakfast is ok and the room quite spacious and the bathroom good and clean , only the elevator so small but no problem. I would like to come to this hotel again next time.

the location of this hotel close to the main shopping street was favorable. Very near to the station. 3. Got a family king room with a bathtub, duvets, and 1 bathroom as expected. 4. the decoration was cozy.

Very nice welcoming from receptionist and a lot of information from him during our check in. The hotel has common room which we can make our own coffee, even we can prepare our instant food... thats wonderful.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right near Interlaken West train station and the heart of downtown Interlaken. Rooms with balconies created a cozy and family-friendly atmosphere. - the availability of luggage storage and a comfortable lounge area were great conveniences.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean rooms. Excellent city centre location close to station. Good buffet breakfast included and free wifi.

Cost - but then this is Switzerland! We ended up with a twin room although we did email and ask for a double. But still had a comfortable night's sleep so no problem.

The best part of my stay was the general atmosphere of the hotel. It had a lovely homey feeling about it. The common room area was a great place to sit and relax.

the room I booked was well maintained and clean. Marvellous location close to the surrounding area and the city center. 3. Eateries and cafes were close to the hotel.

Our stay was comfortable here. The location is convenient as it is 7-8 mins walking distance from Interlaken west station and right in the city shopping center. Breakfast was adequate & the staff was quite helpful.

The rooms though adequate, are smaller then the impression one gets from the pictures. The floor makes too much noise at night with people walking outside the room.

We especially liked the friendly personnel & the nice and spacious room & bathroom (including bath). Breakfast was also good the direct connection of the hotel with the excellent Italian restaurant (Da Rafmi) was very convenient.
